It shouldn\u2019t be very hard, water hardness is determined by the calcium and magnesium content and you can recognize it, because when you heat it and it leaves a white film on the heating surface.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_column_text]What is the best water to prepare Cref\u00e9 with? The answer is simple, just water that alone tastes great, and that it doesn\u00b4t have non typical water flavors. In some places we recommend using filtered or bottled water instead of tap water, because the flavors added may not be desirable.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;5404&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_column_text]Just as important as the water quality is the temperature.
