Do you know that Colombian coffee is the most appreciated mild coffee (Arabica) in the world? In Colombia, more than 13 varieties of this Arabica specie are grown. But a common mistake is to think that every Colombian coffee taste the same. Our geography makes of our country a big diverse world specialty coffee farm: the Andean highlands, -consisting of the three Andean ranges or Cordilleras- numerous valleys and coastal lowlands: peaks, volcanos, plateaus, mountains, with altitudes and moderate climate (temperate land) that meet the perfect conditions for Arabica coffee to grow.
