From the Department of Antioquia in Colombia, with a light-medium roast, we achieve a silky and smooth cup with a fruity acidity and green apple notes. It’s a delicate coffee.
Crefé® Antioquia is a worthy exponent of Colombia’s best coffees from the Coffee Triangle (Eje Cafetero). If you want more body, consider using more Crefé® Antioquia in the drink.
We recommend preparing the beverage at temperatures below 70°C (160°F).
