Crefé Milkshake
This is a very simple recipe to make at home. We recommend for best results using cold milk.
Ingredients
+ 1 cup of milk (200 mL)
+ 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream (you can use chocolate or almonds also)
+ 4 teaspoons of Crefé Instant Coffee (6g)
+ Chocolate, fruit or caramel topping or syrup
Preparation
Add the Crefé Instant Coffee, then the milk in a cylindrical container. Mix using a hand blender until the mix is dissolved. Add the ice cream and mix until it’s homogenous.
You can vary the ingredient proportions: if you want it less creamy add more milk, if you want a stronger coffee flavor add another teaspoon.
Serve with topping and enjoy!
